When we refer to “we,” we are referring to Plutus IAS, the owner of the website whose registered office is at B-1/8, 205, 2nd Floor, Apsara Arcade, Near Karol Bagh Metro Station, Delhi 110005. 

Argasia education private limited includes Plutus IAS. “You”, the user or viewer of our website, are referred to by this phrase. We operates with the brand name of Plutus IAS.

Regarding refund policy:

  • The institute’s classroom and online programmes have strict refund policies. Before enrolling in a course, students are advised to make an informed choice (s). 
  • In the cost schedule that is published each year prior to the start of the session, the refund policy for the classroom programme is covered.
  • However, students enrolled in classroom and online programmes including distance learning, postal programmes, and test series can request a refund if the services promised during the time frame are not provided. 

Strict guidelines: 

  • A user or student will not be permitted to return or cancel goods and services if they drop out of a course for any reason.
  • Even in the event of a medical emergency or for any other reason, booking fees, registration fees, admission fees, or any other payments, etc., are not refundable. However, it is advisable to consult with the authorities and comprehend the explicit circumstances surrounding where, when, and how refunds may be requested.


  • Refund requests must be made within the working days allotted, as specified in the programmed announcement, OR between 7 to 10 working days of the payment date.
  • Refund policies are subject to change, therefore before making payments, confirm the programme details with the institute.


Terms and conditions:

Clause A: Regarding the Courses includes (Hybrid, offline, online)- Only optional subject(4-5 months), G.S. Pre(4-5 months), G.S. mains (5-6 months),G.S. pre+ CSAT (5-6 months),CSAT(3-4 months), Test series- Prelims, Test series- Mains, Test series- Prelims +Mains, Essay and answer writing.

  • A portion of the payment will be subject to processing costs, such as the GST paid 18% . If you contact us within 10 days, 30% of the total will be taken off (administrative charges).
  • If a student contacts us within 15 days, 50% will be taken out for administrative or academic fees, and the remaining 50% can be used to swap goods. (which is supplied by Plutus).

    • No refunds allowed (But if there are any valid circumstances, here are the details).
  • If a candidate notifies us more than a week after the date of admission, 30% of the total price will be withheld, and the remaining funds will be sent to you within 7 to 10 days.
  • The 50% sum will be taken off after 15 days.
  • No money will be reimbursed in any way beyond the first month.
