Recently a community based social media platform “Local Circle” has conducted a survey and released data in order to see and measure the vulnerability of women in public spaces and also the effectiveness of

Complaint registration mechanism. Highlights of the report

  • About 29% of women have faced molestation of sexual advances in publicOffices
  • Only 23% of women have filed a police complaint or FIR
  • 15% said, they tried hard to file a police complaint but the police are not willing for registering the cases
