Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting, with specialized expertise in payroll management, PF, TDS, and ITR filing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including ledger entries and financial statements.
  2. Prepare and oversee payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  3. Handle PF and TDS payments and compliance with government regulations.
  4. Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company and employees.
  5. Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial reporting.
  6. Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  7. Assist in budget preparation, financial reports, and forecasts.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll management, PF, TDS, and ITR filing.
  4. Experience working with a CA firm is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho Books).
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  9. Adaptability to changing technologies and accounting practices.
  10. Experience in a small or medium-sized business is advantageous.

Eligibility

  1. Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic, career,
    and personal development.
  2. Assist students in selecting courses and programs that align with
    their career objectives.
  3. Develop and implement educational plans for students.
  4. Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide timely
    feedback.
  5. Offer support in college application processes, including essay
    writing and interview preparation.
  6. Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on various educational
    topics.
  7. Collaborate with faculty, parents, and other stakeholders to support
    students’ academic and personal growth.
  8. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
  9. Stay updated on educational trends and resources to provide current
    information to students.
  10. Address and resolve any academic or personal issues that may be
    affecting students’ performance.

    social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  2. Develop content that is SEO-friendly and optimized for target keywords
    to increase organic traffic.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies and
    editorial calendars.
  4. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content
    is accurate, informative, and up-to-date.
  5. Proofread and edit content for grammar, punctuation, style, and
    accuracy.
  6. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging
    guidelines.
  7. Work with graphic designers and other team members to create
    compelling multimedia content.
  8. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making
