Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services

The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts HAS examinations for aspirants who are eligible to get into state administrative services. The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission was established in 1971 under Article 318 of the Constitution of India.
