Context

Khadi and village Industries Commission has launched a unique project called project REHAB ( ReducingElephant Human Attack Using Bees)

about the program

under this project the boxes will be used other as a fence to prevent the attack of elephants

the aimof the project

the project aims to create bee fences to mitigate human elephant conflict in the country
it will reduce the loss of life of both human and elephant

where was it launched

it was launched as a pilot project at four places located on the Periphery of Nagarhole National Park in Karnataka
