1.New START Arms Reduction Treaty Extends between US-Russia.
The New START, which stands for Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, is a nuclear arms reduction treaty between the United States and the Russian Federation for 5 years. but both parties have further extended it for five more years, till February 2026.
2.In Madhya Pradesh famous Mandu Festival Begins
Ancient Mandu city, ranging from food, music, history & heritage, art & craft, etc depicted by this three-day festival.
Dino Adventure Park and Fossils Museum in Mandu and construction of Astro Park building at a cost of Rs 59 lakh inaugurated by the state culture and tourism minister Usha Thakur.
3.Campaign launched by Puducherry to become Covid-free
People who had come into contact with people infected with coronavirus provided treatment so that the further spread of the pathogen could be prevented.
4.MapMyIndia Ties Up With ISRO to start new app India’s Homegrown
Rohan Verma, CEO of MapmyIndia, called the agreement a path-breaking milestone with the aim of fulfilling the objective of Atma Nirbhar Bharat. It will use digital maps of MapmyIndia and satellite imagery and earth observation data of ISRO.
